Meat Processing:

We use Clay Center Locker Plant for all our processing. Average cost for processing is .80 cents per pound.

They will help you with choosing the right cuts for you and your family. 

We do recommend:

  * Have your Premium STEAKS cut no less than 1" in thickness other steak cuts can be 1/2 or 3/4 * HAMBURGER 85/15 if you like some good fat; We enjoy 90/10 *Be sure to try STIR-FRY meat, Fajita, and Soup bone.

*Soup bones are great for broth and plenty of meat on them.
